African Violet ‘Painted Silk’ (J. Stokes) – A miniature to semiminiature variety with striking single dark blue pansy flowers held above beautifully scalloped green-and-gold variegated girl foliage. The leaves are richly textured and highly decorative even out of bloom, forming a neat, symmetrical rosette. The vivid contrast between the deep blooms and luminous variegation gives this cultivar an especially elegant appearance.
